Day of Wedding Coordination

  • Unlimited & dedicated support through the day for you and your partner
  • Meeting 2 weeks before wedding
  • Coordination and walkthrough of rehearsal day
    • Recession planning
    • Distribute wedding day schedule
    • Direct wedding party as necessary to keep things on time
  • Collect marriage license and make sure it’s in the right hands ready to sign after the “I do’s”
  • Manage flow of wedding & direct vendors to set up areas
    • Direct photographers & videographers to appropriate locations for your First Look, ceremony, etc.
    • Manage relationship & coordination between venue, caterer, florist, decor team to ensure everything runs on time.
  • As needed, distribute final payments to vendors
  • Act as a trusted resource to ensure the flow and day are going smooth

Maid Of Honor Assistant Services

I can tell you this is one of my most popular add ons. Maid of Honor’s have such a big duty these days! How to be the best maid of honor is a tough gig and it’s helpful to have someone to help them plan, bounce ideas off of,
ask for advice, is going to make the planning and fun stuff more dialed in. Let’s put the fun back in being the Maid of Honor.

  • Includes 1 session with the MOH and bride to go over expectations of role

Bachelorette Party Planning

(must be 3 months in advance prior to date of party)
